FREE VIRTUAL DESIGN AND BUDGET CONSULTS

We are now scheduling virtual home visits and consultations. If you prefer an in person visit we can accommodate you and have put steps in place to keep everyone safe as per CDC guidelines. You can read about them at the bottom of this page.

Get a Head Start On Getting Back To Normal

What’s going on right now is scary and confusing and we don’t have much choice other than to buckle down and work together to get through it. The question is how will we put ourselves in a position to get back to normal quickly when this is all over? For us, it will mean getting projects that were put on hold restarted quickly. Appointments that were delayed will come in and fill our calendar. We expect it will be a busy time for all contractors.

With the job costing process and design and material lead times it takes 4 to 6 weeks from our initial home visit or “Virtual Visit” until actual construction starts. If you are considering a project for this summer or later, now is actually a good time to start planning and budgeting.

If you have an “Emergency Repair” project such as roof leaks, damaged siding, gutter damages or anything that could cause a health or safety concern, that needs completion and cannot wait, we are approved to continue completing those services as per Governor Wolf’s most recent order.

We are currently scheduling new (Non-Emergency) projects for early May, assuming it is safe to do so by that time.

Virtual Estimate and Budget Consults Are Free Of Charge

Schedule A Virtual Design and Budget Consult In just under 30 minutes we can do an initial virtual Web Call of your project and discuss it with you. We will discuss what your needs and wants are for this project. Then we’ll confirm the options that you are interested in receiving a Proposal for. behind the scenes we create your budget and/or Proposal which we can discuss together, via screen share on a follow up Web Call. When all of this is over you’ll be weeks ahead of the game and ready to start your project when things are back to normal.

Here's How We'll Do It

1. We’ll start with a phone call

2. A 30 Min Virtual Tour – (If Applicable)

Using whatever video chat app we agreed upon in our phone call, we’ll take a look at your project and walk you thru how to measure the project area and provide video or photos.. OR for Exterior Roofing and Siding, we can utilize proprietary aerial measuring services and order a measurement report for estimating purposes.

3. A 30 minute Virtual Proposal Presentation Meeting

Give us a one to three days to create your budget and/or Proposal, send you some product ideas then we’ll have another video chat, this time with us in the virtual showroom where we can show product samples as well as send online material and product information for your review. We’ll review your Good Better Best budget, discuss design and product options and discuss next steps.

If you still want to schedule in person meetings here are the steps we are taking for visiting your home or property

We are speaking with clients before every meeting and to all clients who currently have work in progress and creating custom solutions that suit their needs as we all deal with CDC and Local Government regulations regarding the COVID 19 issue. In uncertain times like this we want to make sure we are taking care of our staff as well. We are committed to paying up to two weeks of sick leave if needed due to COVID 19 illness or needing to care for someone related to COVID 19. In addition we have put in place the following standard protocols in the showroom and on the job site.

On The Job Site

We’ve spoken with all our trade partners to make sure they are also taking this seriously. Again we are optimistic, do not want anyone to panic, but think that some measured precautions are warranted.

  • We have posted the symptoms and CDC recommended protective measures on our job sites (see example at the bottom of this post)
  • We have provided supplies for washing hands and disinfecting tools.
  • We’ve scheduled subs to be on the job site one at a time.
  • For all projects currently scheduled we have ordered all materials and they are being stored in our warehouse so we do not expect any delays due to supply chain issues

Our Staff

Our staff have been great. They are staying informed and are being proactive and safe.

  • Estimators can work from home to complete our customers needs to continue forward in their project planning process.
  • We are committed to providing two weeks paid leave to our staff if they cannot work from home work due to COVID 19.
