First step of your Loan Application Process

During your estimate appointment, if you'd like to explore financing, one of our team members enters your project details and your information into Service Finance's secure system — right from a phone or tablet. You don't need to visit a bank, fill out paper forms, or do anything on your own. We handle it on-site.

You can submit a loan application directly through the Service Finance application link or contact us if you need further assistance.

You Receive a Credit Decision

Service Finance returns a decision quickly. You'll receive one of four outcomes: Approved, Declined, Under Review, or a Counter Offer (approved for a different plan). If approved or counter-offered, you can proceed immediately. If you'd like a co-applicant to strengthen your application, we can add one at this stage.

Review and Sign Your Loan Documents

Once approved, you'll review your loan terms — including the interest rate, monthly payment, and any promotional offer — right on screen. Everything is handled electronically using Service Finance's eSIGN system. You tap to consent and sign. No printing, no scanning, no mailing anything back.

Your Project Is Scheduled

With financing in place and documents signed, we schedule your installation. The loan is tied to your specific project — it cannot be used for anything else. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, a separate loan application would be required.

You Authorize Payment to RAM Roofing

When the work is finished and you're satisfied, you authorize the final payment. Service Finance then sends our payment directly via ACH — you never write a check to us.
No money leaves your account until the job is done.

Your First Payment Is Due

Your first monthly payment to Service Finance isn't due until 30 days after the work is complete. You'll receive your first billing statement by US mail approximately 18 days after installation. Payments can be made online through Service Finance's borrower portal, by check, ACH, or money order.
